Saw it, Pinned it, Did it!

So confession first of all, I saw this on Katie's blog and HAD to do it! So I guess it's not a SPD, but it's close! I had seen plenty of apothecary jars all over Pinterest but none of them strikes my fancy like this idea did!

I did a guest bathroom-travel-size-apothecary jar!

I got the jar from Marshall's and thought it would be too big! But after I got it home and filled it up, I needed a bigger one!

I filled it with:
-Soap
-Shampoo & Conditioner
-Shaving cream
-Toothpaste
-Toothbrush with cover
-Mouthwash
-Hairspray
-Hair elastics
-Face wash wipes
-Q-tips
-Deodorant
-Floss
-Sunscreen
-Downy wrinkle releaser
-Lint roller

I absolutely love it! I want to add a medium sized jar with all the soaps Jeremy's mom gave us and a small one with cotton balls!
...but one small step at a time!

So yay, come on Jamie & Rachel! I got ya if you forget anything!

Be sure to link up with Steph & Katie for Saw it, Pinned it, Did it every Thursday!

  1. I am obSESSED with apothecary jars! I have a tall open topped hurricane candle holder (since I'm at college I couldn't find the jars ANYWHERE) that I keep nail polishes in, a shorter jar that I keep lip products in (I need a bigger one or a separate one for glosses haha), and a short squat one for holding perfume samples. When I move home I'm going to put them on my dresser and have them hold jewelry or makeup again!
