I feel like Cat Woman in this outfit, I wore it for my birthday this year and loved it! I bought these amazing Sam & Libby for Target heels a few weeks back and have been trying to find anything to wear them with! When I found these Ice Bloom earrings from Jewel Box I knew they were meant to be with these heels! I am so obsessed with the earrings and heels, they are just so holiday and NYE appropriate!
